This hotel in the centre of Southampton exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional - with affordable prices for a room that was spacious and well-designed. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Southampton's attractions. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, including nice white towels and good facilities.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Southampton. the Premier Inn Southampton West Quay exceeded my expectations. the room and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location was very convenient, especially since we were going on a cruise the next day. the staff were welcoming and dealt with any issues we had in a pleasant manner. They tried their best to rectify the problems we had with our evening meal, although unfortunately, they were unable to fix them. the experience was fabulous! The room, bathroom, and linen were immaculate, making it a perfect place for someone who wants a no-fuss stay with a touch of perfection. Cons: Liked everything about this hotel! 🌟.

The hotel is conveniently located for shopping with West Quay shopping centre just down the road, and it's close to the bus and train station. it's within easy reach of the port for boarding a cruise ship.

Some guests complained about the restaurant's limited capacity and slow service, which dampened an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel was situated next to a busy construction site which produced a lot of noise throughout the day making it difficult to relax in the hotel during the day. The room was quite small and cramped, making it hard to move around, and the bathroom was not up to standard with outdated fixtures and a faulty shower.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to the large mall across the street and even visit the nearby restaurants. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
